Cheese Production Operator

Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment while following recipes and schedules. Perform routine quality checks and documentation, assist with sanitation and changeovers, and conduct basic troubleshooting. Maintain strict food safety and workplace safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role supports safe, efficient, and high-quality cheese and whey manufacturing at the Milbank, SD facility. Hands-on training is provided, with clear paths for advancement in operations and related fields.
