Cheese Production Operator

Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment while following recipes and schedules. Perform routine quality checks and documentation, assist with sanitation and changeovers, and conduct basic troubleshooting. Maintain strict food safety and workplace safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role provides hands-on training and supports safe, efficient cheese and whey manufacturing at our Milbank, SD facility.
