Job Summary
Operate crane and cheese cutter for packaging, including loading, labeling, bagging, weighing, boxing, palletizing, and basic sanitation. Set up and use grinder and cutter equipment, manage cheese recovery, and apply color-code knowledge for cheese types. Maintain GMP and safety practices, perform accurate line paperwork, and adapt to varying schedules. Requires reading and following SOPs, strong teamwork and communication, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work Monday–Friday 5:00am–3:00pm with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
