Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers at the service counter while offering product suggestions and maintaining great customer service. Prepare, wrap, weigh, label, and price cheeses and related products, then fill cases and make platters according to production guidelines. Stock display cases, rotate merchandise using the first-in-first-out method, and receive deliveries to ensure freshness. Monitor cooler temperatures, maintain sanitation standards, and keep work areas clean and hazard-free. Process merchandise, maintain accurate records, and promote sampling while adhering to company dress codes and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Must be able to push up to 300 lbs.
