Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers at the service counter while offering product suggestions and maintaining great customer service. Prepare, wrap, weigh, label, and price cheeses and other shop-related products, then fill cases and make platters. Stock display cases, rotate merchandise using the first-in-first-out method, and receive deliveries. Process merchandise according to production guidelines and established sanitation standards, including monitoring cooler temperatures and maintaining equipment. Keep work areas clean, orderly, and free from hazards, and maintain accurate records. This role requires working a schedule based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
