Job Summary
Greet, assist, and thank customers at the service counter while offering product suggestions and maintaining great customer service. Prepare, wrap, weigh, label, and price cheeses and related products, then fill cases, make platters, and take orders. Stock display cases, rotate merchandise using the first-in-first-out method, and receive/unload deliveries. Process merchandise according to production guidelines and established sanitation standards, including monitoring cooler temperatures and maintaining equipment. Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards, ensuring associates adhere to dress code standards. Maintain accurate records and respond to department mail.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
