Job Summary
Head Cheerleading Coach for Fall season overseeing the varsity program; responsibilities include directing and evaluating assistant coaches, coordinating training, conditioning and performance, collaborating with the athletic director and principal on hiring/retention, ensuring safety and insurance coverage, managing schedules, equipment, facilities, eligibility, and recruitment for staff and athletes; role requires coaching experience at high school/college level, CPR/First Aid certification, and preference for Loudoun County Public Schools experience and a Virginia Teaching License.
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience or participation in the sport which you are applying for on high school or college levels.
- Completion of CPR and First Aid training or enrollment in current CPR and First Aid training course.
- Prefer experience as a teacher or classified employee in Loudoun County Public Schools.
- Prefer a Virginia Teaching License candidate or a full-time classified employee for Loudoun County Public Schools.
