Cheer and Hip Hop Instructor

Lead age-appropriate cheer and hip hop dance lessons for elementary students, teaching basic choreography, rhythm, and movement skills while maintaining a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere. Prepare simple routines for program showcases and manage classroom behavior to ensure student safety and engagement. Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators throughout the term. This after-school enrichment program runs from September 18 to November 20, 2026, on Fridays from 1:50 PM to 2:50 PM at the McKinley location in Santa Monica. Candidates must possess experience teaching or performing cheer, hip hop, or dance with youth, alongside strong classroom management abilities and the capacity to pass required background checks.
