Job Summary
Role involves assisting customers, locating products, stocking and rotating shelves, maintaining store cleanliness and visual displays, following standard procedures for customer interactions and complaint escalation, and upholding Pick n Pay values. Requires Grade 12, ability to work mall hours, proficiency in English, strong customer service, interpersonal and team skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to personal growth. Responsibilities include merchandising, pricing checks, hygiene and safety adherence, reducing wastage and shrinkage, and ensuring accurate labeling and stock availability, with emphasis on delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience across multiple service areas (bakery, butchery, deli, fruit & veg, cheese) and general merchandise in a South Africa Gauteng location.
Required Qualifications
