Job Summary
As a Compliance Checker, you will perform audits on Rose Hills and Outside Mortuary cases to ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing documents for accuracy, conducting congruency checks, and auditing contractual agreements while adhering to safety standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. You must have at least 3 years of experience in a business environment and a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Close attention to detail while performing audits
- Ability to uphold Rules & Regulations, State & Federal laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Valid CA Driver’s License with clean record
- Keyboarding ability at 40 wpm
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Mortuary and/or Cemetery operations
- Bilingual
