Job Summary
Check customers out at the register while maintaining exceptional service and adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies. Hit standard items per minute targets and ensure customer orders are bagged properly with assistance for carry-out and parcel pickup. Clean check stands, magazine racks, and candy racks to maintain a tidy environment. Achieve low cash over/short levels for the till and assist with various customer needs using critical thinking to resolve issues. Lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently while complying with dress code and name tag requirements. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
