Job Summary
Check customers out at the register while adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies and maintaining exceptional service standards. Process transactions efficiently to hit store-specific items per minute targets and keep cash over/short levels low. Assist clients with carry-out, parcel pickup, and bagging services, ensuring all orders are handled correctly. Maintain check stands, magazine racks, and candy racks through regular cleaning and upkeep. Lift up to 50 lb. boxes and exert force frequently while moving products, requiring good vision and the ability to work on floors that may become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
