Job Summary
Check customers out at the register, process carry-outs, and assist with parcel pick-up services while maintaining exceptional customer service and adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies. Bag orders properly, clean check stands and display racks, and resolve issues using critical thinking to minimize cash discrepancies. Hit standard items per minute targets and ensure adequate training for cashiering or other departments as needed. This medium work requires lifting 50 lb. boxes, exerting 25-50 lbs. of force, and working on floors that sometimes become slippery. You must comply with all company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements, while maintaining good vision and hearing. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
