Job Summary
Check customers out at the register while adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies and maintaining exceptional service. Process transactions efficiently to hit standard items per minute, ensure orders are bagged properly, and assist with carry-out or parcel pickup services. Maintain check stands, magazine racks, and candy racks through regular cleaning. Resolve customer issues using critical thinking while keeping cash over/short levels low. Comply with all company policies, dress codes, and training requirements. This medium physical role involves lifting 50 lb. boxes and handling slippery floors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must have the ability to stoop
- Must have the ability to kneel
- Must have the ability to reach
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
- Must comply with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag
