Checker

Check customers out at the register while maintaining exceptional service and adhering to "Meet and Greet" policies. Process transactions efficiently to hit standard items per minute and keep cash over/short levels low. Ensure customer orders are bagged properly and assist with carry-out and parcel pick-up services. Clean and maintain check stands, magazine racks, and candy racks throughout the shift. Lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently while handling materials. Use knives and sharp instruments for food preparation and remove products from boxes. Maintain adequate training for cashiering and comply with all company policies, including dress code and name tag requirements.
