Job Summary
Check in patients for exams by verifying demographics, insurance, and physician orders while entering data into the Radiology Information System and scanning documents. Assist patients with kiosk questions, forms, and obtaining medical records in compliance with HIPAA, then collect copays, co-insurances, and deductibles while running end-of-day cash reports. Monitor patient arrival through virtual and express check-in systems to ensure timely processing and minimal wait times. Confirm appointments, coordinate with tech staff for patient flow, and assist with scheduling and referrals. Maintain a clean work area, enforce CDC PPE guidelines, and answer patient inquiries professionally. Flexible assignments may include travel to other sites, and attendance at meetings or training sessions outside regular hours is required.
Required Qualifications

- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Full-time, Hourly; Non-exempt
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year certificate from college or technical school
- One (1) year of experience in a similar role/customer service
