Job Summary
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and direct callers to appropriate departments while interviewing new patients. Verify demographics and insurance, input information into Radiology Information System (RIS), and scan necessary documents. Assist patients with obtaining medical records, completing kiosk questions, and collecting copays and deductibles. Monitor patient arrival through virtual and express check-in systems to ensure timely processing with minimal wait. Maintain a clean work environment, ensure compliance with CDC guidelines, and answer patient questions about care. Confirm appointments, coordinate with tech staff for patient needs, and balance the cash drawer by running end-of-day reports.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Flexible as it relates to schedule, responsibilities and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Shifts vary between Monday-Sunday, 6:30 am-10:00 pm, between Royal Oak, Novi, and Southgate
- Part-time; Hourly, Non-Exempt
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year certificate from college or technical school
- One (1) year of experience in a similar role/customer service
