Job Summary
Greet and check in patients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency while scheduling appointments across multiple providers and locations. Ensure all patient demographic and insurance information is complete and correct, then manage check-in volume to minimize delays. Deliver high-level customer service by demonstrating empathy, handling high-pressure situations with composure, and resolving concerns promptly or escalating appropriately. Perform high-volume data entry with strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines while communicating effectively with clinical teams to support efficient clinic operations. Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting, arriving by 6:50 AM daily and working until 4:30–5:00 PM, with one Saturday per month during football season. Travel between Jackson, Madison, and Flowood locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to arrive no later than 6:50 AM
- Must be able to remain until clinic close
- Required to work one Saturday per month (7:00 AM–11:00 AM) during football season (August–November)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel between Jackson, Madison, and Flowood locations
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service, healthcare, or administrative role
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
