Check and Connect Intervention Specialist

Implement the structured Check & Connect model to monitor and mentor a designated roster of PVA students by tracking engagement indicators and delivering targeted interventions. Establish consistent communication loops with families to discuss progress and address barriers, while collaborating with teachers and counselors to align support strategies for high-risk students. Assist students in accessing academic resources, provide guidance on virtual navigation, and support targeted outreach for chronic absenteeism. Maintain detailed confidential records of monitoring and interactions, collect progress data, and prepare intervention impact reports. Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and support staff to foster long-term student success and program retention.
