Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, and light housekeeping under the supervision of the Staffing Coordinator. Maintain readiness for weather-related incidents, natural disasters, and emergency situations. Perform essential duties after a three-month orientation, utilizing Home Health Software, NetLearning, and Meditech MIG-Internet Gateway. Hold an active State of Georgia CNA license, valid driver's license, and current CPR certification. Requires reliable transportation and state agency certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active State of Georgia CNA license
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Agency certification in Home Health
- Currently certified in CPR
- Valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation
- Reciprocity of certification from another state obtained within 90 days of employment
- Ability to perform all essential job responsibilities after a three (3) month orientation period
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year Home Care experience
