Job Summary
Greet guests professionally and maintain strict confidentiality regarding their identities and travel details. Deliver welcome materials, tickets, and guest packets while operating passenger vehicles to transport attendees safely. Coordinate transportation needs through clear communication with dispatchers and guest house contacts, utilizing cloud-based technology to monitor flights and traffic. Ensure vehicles remain clean, well-maintained, and presentable, while safely handling luggage up to 75 lbs. Engage respectfully with gate staff, housing partners, and team members throughout the 25-30 hour weekly schedule covering 3 AM to 11 PM across seven days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.

- Must be able to operate passenger vehicles, including minivans and 12-passenger vans
- Must be able to work 3 AM – 11 PM schedule
