Job Summary
As a Chat & Community Support Specialist for NoGigiddy, provide live chat support and respond to community posts across Discord, Facebook Group, and social channels. Resolve common user questions about offers, accounts, and navigation with accuracy and warmth; escalate complex issues with full documentation; contribute to the help center knowledge base; flag trends to product and content teams; and maintain a consistent, empathetic tone across all touchpoints. Requires fast typing and clear written communication; no degree required; remote role with flexible scheduling and paid training. This position is fully remote within the United States.
