Job Summary
Chat & Community Support Specialist for NoGigiddy: handle live chat inquiries on the NoGigiddy platform, respond to community posts in Discord/Facebook Group/social comments, and ensure users feel heard and helped. Resolve common issues (offers, accounts, navigation) with accuracy and warmth; escalate complex issues with documentation; contribute to the help center; flag trends to product/content teams; maintain consistent tone across touchpoints. Requires fast typing, excellent written communication, ability to multitask, and patience with frustrated users. Familiarity with support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp) is a plus. Fully remote with flexible scheduling; hourly pay between $15–$21/hour; paid training and access to NoGigiddy earning network. Equal Opportunity Employer.
