Job Summary
Chat & Community Support Specialist responsibilities include handling live chat inquiries on the NoGigiddy platform, monitoring and responding to community posts (Discord, Facebook Group, and social comments), resolving common issues with accuracy and warmth, escalating complex issues with full documentation, contributing to the help center knowledge base, flagging trends to product/content teams, and maintaining a consistent tone across all support touchpoints. The role requires fast, accurate typing and excellent written communication with the ability to multitask and de-escalate frustrated users; familiarity with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp, or similar is a plus. Fully remote with hourly pay of $15–$21/hr and flexible scheduling, plus paid training and access to the earning opportunity network.
