Job Summary
Chat & Community Support Specialist role focused on helping users on the NoGigiddy platform via live chat, monitoring community spaces (Discord, Facebook Group, social comments), and resolving common issues with accuracy and warmth. Responsibilities include handling live chat inquiries, responding to user posts, escalating complex issues with full documentation, contributing to the help center knowledge base, flagging trends to product/content teams, and maintaining a consistent, empathetic tone across all support touchpoints. Requires fast typing and excellent written communication; no degree required. Familiarity with support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp or similar) is a plus.
