Job Summary
Perform and document comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance of RVs, including work on axles, undercarriages, brakes, air bags, and steering systems. Coordinate with service department members for work authorizations and factory approvals while tracking materials and equipment used. Conduct pre-delivery inspections and walk-through demonstrations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area. This heavy line technician role operates on a Thursday through Sunday schedule with alternate Sundays from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Requires experience with Class B and Super C RVs, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, generators, and fluid/filter changes.
Required Qualifications
- Must have RV Experience: Working with Class B and Super C's
- Advance knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience working with Generators
- Must have experience with Fluid/Filter Changes
- Must have experience working on Brakes, Air Bags, Steering
- Experience with Diesel Pushers - working on Axels, undercarriage
- Valid drivers license
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Certifications: Onan, Aqua Hot, Oasis
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- RVIA Certification (Preferred)
