Job Summary
Provide direct personal care to residents in a Lifespark Senior Living community, including assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) and supporting residents with plan-of-care. Roles include CNA, HHA, or Caregiver with PM short shift (5pm–9pm) on a 0.4 FTE, part-time schedule at Chaska Heights in Chaska, MN. Responsibilities include assisting with medication administration, engaging residents in meaningful conversations, maintaining dignity and independence, and delivering compassionate, customer-focused care in an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting. Required Qualifications
