Job Summary
Strategic VP, Operations Leader for Chase Travel overseeing Travel Advisor teams to elevate service standards, design operating cadence, optimize workforce capacity, and drive scalable, high-caliber client outcomes. Responsibilities include leading performance and development, ensuring seamless, brand-aligned interactions, coaching for talent growth and succession readiness, partnering across internal groups to safeguard operational continuity, implementing process enhancements with minimal disruption, and embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to sustain high-caliber delivery for affluent clientele.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) years in customer-facing operations (contact center, concierge, travel servicing, hospitality, or similar high-touch environments)
- A minimum of five (5) years of people management experience, with demonstrated success in leading and developing frontline service teams
- Demonstrated expertise in governing end-to-end operational execution, including strategic workforce optimization, workflow governance, escalation management, and service quality assurance
- Proven ability to architect and sustain continuous improvement frameworks
- Recognized strategic cross-functional partnership capability
- Exceptional communication and organizational acumen
