Job Summary
Lead and manage the Chase Travel cxLoyalty Accounts Receivable Servicing team within the Chase Travel environment, overseeing refunds, write-offs, billing corrections, and disputes across air, hotel, car, and cruise products. Drive process improvements, develop daily/weekly/monthly reporting, ensure SLAs and audit/compliance requirements are met, and serve as primary escalation for complex servicing issues. Provide training and coaching to team members, cross-train staff for coverage, maintain SOPs and training materials, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Service teams to improve intake quality and reduce rework. Requires 3+ years AR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; position based in an office setting in Glen Allen, VA, United States.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, customer servicing, accounting operations, or travel industry operations
- at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Extensive knowledge of AR processes, billing systems, and collections practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
