Job Summary
Senior Banker within Chase Auto – Commercial Solutions, managing an existing loan and deposit portfolio of automotive dealerships while working remotely from anywhere in Arizona. You will build and maintain relationships with dealership key decision makers, dealer groups, manufacturer partners, and existing clients to deepen engagement and promote growth. Responsibilities include executing regional strategies, growing commercial product offerings (emphasizing deposits) through leveraging relationships, supporting floor plan rooftop goals with OEM/private label products, managing portfolio profitability, partnering across Merchant Services, Investment Bank, Credit Card, Private Bank and Consumer Bank, analyzing sales performance against KPIs, serving as a subject matter expert, and mentoring/training the regional sales team while adhering to the Code of Conduct and controls/compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of Commercial Banking or Business Banking experience
- Strong knowledge of Floorplan, Commercial Real Estate, and Acquisition products
- Strong knowledge of Deposits and Treasury products
- Proven relationship-building and influencing skills (10+ years)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Strategic thinker with cross-line partnership ability
- Regulatory and control framework knowledge
- MBA (preferred)
- Automotive financial industry experience
- Knowledge of consumer lending
- Formal credit training
