Job Summary
12-month industrial trainee program for CA qualification within BP's GBS Finance. You’ll gain exposure across finance processes and deliver timely, accurate statutory and group reporting while developing core CA competencies. Responsibilities include ensuring 100% accuracy of group and statutory reports, understanding end-to-end financial accounting, recording transactions, reviewing data with ARC Account Executives, reconciling accounts receivable, liaising with internal teams, and assisting in managing day-to-day team activities within a collaborative, hybrid work setup in Pune. Location: Pune, India; Start November 2026; 12-month program; eligibility includes CA-related milestones and ICAI syllabus. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, analytics, and a proactive, self-starting approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Commerce/Accounting or related field
- Proficient knowledge on MS Office tools- Excel, Word, PPT etc.
- Be part of New Syllabus of ICAI Chartered Accountancy (2 years Article ship)
- Available to join for 12 months (tentative start date: November)
- Must have cleared IPCC (in first attempt) and should have preferably completed 12 months article-ship
- Be preparing to appear for the CA Final exam in May 2028
