Job Summary
Charter Screeners are responsible for providing security and protection for air travelers by screening travelers in accordance with TSA regulations. Key duties include identifying and preventing security threats, searching for weapons and prohibited items, maintaining efficient passenger flow, and communicating security concerns. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, pass drug screening, and meet various physical requirements to maintain a professional presence in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass drug screening and federal fingerprinting
- Must comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Reliable transportation required
- Reliable phone number and email required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or hold 50 pounds or more
- Ability to bend, squat, stoop, push, and pull throughout shift
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Must complete all required training
