Job Summary
Build your pipeline by researching CRM data, trade press, and social media to target prospects via outbound calls, emails, and visits. Convert leads into Tropic Ocean customers while maintaining relationships with brokers and existing clients to ensure retention and drive revenue. Manage the full charter lifecycle from enquiry to completion, including responding to RFPs, presenting bespoke quotes, and inputting accurate deal information into the company database. Work alongside business development to identify market gaps and solve product challenges. Meet sales targets and financial objectives while demonstrating expert knowledge of aircraft, destinations, and the chartering process.
