Job Summary
Manage qualified charter inquiries from initial contact through confirmed bookings, responding promptly to company-provided leads and guiding high-net-worth clients through the private aviation solution journey. Recommend tailored aircraft options based on travel requirements, cabin configurations, and operational capabilities while maintaining consistent follow-up and accurate CRM documentation. Coordinate booking details with internal teams and deliver a white-glove experience from inquiry to post-flight follow-up, including rotating on-call support for time-sensitive requests. Work remotely in EST hours to convert opportunities into revenue while building long-term client loyalty and referrals.
