Job Summary
Generate new charter business through proactive outbound sales, networking, and relationship building. Build and grow your own portfolio of clients while utilizing existing databases to identify market opportunities and convert prospects into repeat customers. Negotiate tailored charter solutions and take ownership of every flight from enquiry to completion, delivering exceptional customer experiences that ensure seamless service. Work collaboratively with colleagues, airlines, and operators to deliver outstanding solutions in a fast-paced environment, supporting clients and operations while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Flexible approach to working hours, including participation in the out-of-hours duty rota.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' charter brokerage experience
- Proven success in charter sales, outbound business development and winning new business
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service focus and meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Flexible approach to working hours, including participation in the out-of-hours duty rota
- To already have the legal right to work in the UK
