Supervise assigned stations throughout the shift, ensuring Team Members follow recipes, maintain accurate weights and measurements, and adhere to speed of service guidelines. Insure workstations, dining rooms, restrooms, and parking lots remain clean at all times while monitoring cash handling procedures and executing proper security controls. Address guest issues directly and consult management for complex matters, maintaining positive relationships with employees by providing direction and feedback. Communicate performance and policy violations to management and strictly adhere to all company policies. Perform any necessary tasks as needed throughout the shift.
