Job Summary
Proctor CVAC procedures to excellence and independently cover cases in the territory, region, or nation as assigned. Train the surgical team on instrument preparation, safe device usage, and intraoperative procedural guidance while providing verbal support during training periods. Manage inventory needs, reconcile usage, and ensure 100% accuracy of received and returned inventory against shipping documents. Maintain and prepare equipment and kits for surgery, including Quality Control audits, and troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedures. Assist in delivering procedural training to physicians and medical staff, and collaborate with Clinical Specialist teams for peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and case presentations. Ensure compliance with all company policies and hospital procedures while serving as an educational resource for the account.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in surgical technique and sterile procedures in the operating room
- Experience utilizing fluoroscopy
- Customer relationship and procedural skill development
- A degree or certification in a medical-related field (ex: LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech, etc.)
- Able to travel by car up to 90%
- Must have valid US driver's license
- Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal rules regarding vaccinations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to travel outside of the designated territory
- Comfortable with the pace required to be successful in a start-up
- Ability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance
- Understands the medical device industry
- Understands sales processes and training
