Job Summary
Provide oversight and general supervision to families in shelter, ensuring compliance with community expectations and policies. Engage with families and address issues with the operations team. Monitor household supplies and report maintenance needs. Assist with resource access and maintain safety through routine checks. Attend team meetings and participate in training while documenting and organizing donations. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience.

- Ability to relate to residents, donors, and visitors
- Ability to handle information confidentially
- Basic computer literacy
- Microsoft Outlook proficiency
- Microsoft Word proficiency
- Microsoft One Note proficiency
- Available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
- Available to work holidays
Additional Requirements
