Job Summary
Director of Graduate Studies overseeing the MBA and MS-LOD programs, with responsibilities including admission review, program assessments, faculty observations, curricular proposals, and annual reporting; engage in community outreach; teach a broad range of undergraduate and graduate business, leadership, and management courses across modalities; serve as academic advisor; provide leadership in external partnerships and program development; twelve-month tenure-track appointment with a 18-credit teaching load per academic year, and a teaching portfolio including LO 790 Capstone and BA 790 Corporate Strategy and Decision Making; terminal degree required (Ph.D., DBA, or DM); outstanding candidate will have 3+ years of leadership/teaching experience in higher education or business settings; compensation commensurate with background; Lakeland University does not sponsor H-1B visas; expected to maintain office hours and participate in university service and professional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Terminal degree required for rank of assistant or associate professor: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business (or related field), or Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.), or Doctor of Management (D.M.)
