Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by building relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, and making product recommendations to drive sales and store objectives. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery, stock replenishment, and presentation standards. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals, support store operations with fulfillment and pricing tasks, and follow asset protection and safety protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, while lifting up to 40 lbs and moving throughout all store areas.

- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
