Charity Retail Shop Deputy Manager (Floating)

Job Summary
Support day-to-day operations and staffing levels across multiple charity retail shops in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Hereford, Tewkesbury, and Cirencester on a floating basis of three to four days per week. Enhance the full customer experience by using creativity and communication skills to present clothing, homeware, and books for maximum sales. Manage donations and stock while supervising a team of volunteers, ideally drawing on experience from charity or fashion retail backgrounds. Work full flexibility including weekends and holidays with transport available to move between stores.

- Supervisory experience to help with the managing a team of volunteers
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally coming from a charity retail or fashion retail background
- Creativity, communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware and books in a way that will encourage maximum sales
- Experience of managing donations and stock
