Job Summary
Charity Administrator responsible for managing the charity office daily, handling telephone and visitor inquiries, supporting marketing, fundraising and supporter care for IoW and Portsmouth Hospitals Charity, and contributing to fundraising, marketing, finance and grants administration across both NHS trusts. Role may be based at either Isle of Wight NHS Trust or Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust with potential business travel between sites; in-person leadership for multi-site staff; 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract.
Required Qualifications
- 5 GCSE’s C and above or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year administration experience
- Working knowledge of office procedures
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and the ability to priorities own workload
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
