Job Summary
Spa Manager responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team. Lead guest satisfaction, manage schedules and staffing efficiency, monitor budgets and expenses, and ensure regulatory compliance. Build a culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer care while coaching and developing team members and implementing strategies to increase memberships, retail, and profitability. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required; prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or operations management is preferred.
