Job Summary
Oversee maintenance activities for all VinFast/V-Green AC and DC charging stations, ensuring high availability and system reliability. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans to reduce downtime while monitoring real-time alerts and coordinating rapid responses for critical incidents. Manage a team of maintenance engineers and field technicians, assigning tasks, scheduling visits, and organizing technical training on EV charger troubleshooting and electrical safety. Conduct routine audits on electrical safety, grounding, and equipment compliance with IEC/ISO standards, and prepare annual maintenance budgets and operational reports for senior management. Analyze KPIs including downtime, fault frequency, and mean time to repair to support expansion projects and continuous improvement of technical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Energy Systems, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, EV charging infrastructure, industrial electrical systems, or renewable energy
- Proven experience managing a technical/maintenance team
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems, electrical protection, grounding, thermal management, and EV charging standards (IEC 61851, ISO 15118)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination capabilities
- Strong attention to electrical safety and operational discipline
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize urgent repairs
- Proficient in using CMMS or digital maintenance management systems
- Good English skills (technical reading and report writing)
