Job Summary
Supervise and interact with students before and after school hours to foster a safe, loving, and Christ-centered atmosphere. Assist students with learning tasks as needed while serving as a godly role model in attitude, speech, and conduct. Communicate regularly with the Charger Care Coordinator and participate in assigned in-service programs. Care for school property and maintain supplies while upholding confidentiality and following the Matthew 18 Principle in relationships. Maintain a positive attitude with students, parents, and staff to support a school climate conducive to learning.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work effectively with teachers, administration, parents, and students
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Agreement with and active support of the school's Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Statement
- Serves as a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and conduct
- Demonstrates spiritual maturity, integrity, and confidentiality
- Active membership in an evangelical church
- A clear calling to serve in Christian school ministry
- Ability to follow the Matthew 18 principle in handling conflict
