Job Summary
Resolve customer credit card disputes within industry time frames and maintain internal reversal rate goals exceeding 800K annually. Review reservations, rental, and credit card authorizations to determine validity of charges, then upload documentation through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover websites. Maintain daily contact with branch managers and operating groups regarding rate adjustments and bad debt inquiries while staying abreast of all credit card acceptance guidelines and chargeback regulations. Contact merchant banks to prevent future chargebacks or obtain reversals for existing ones. Submit requests for accounting adjustments with clear explanations and assess codes to accurately explain the life of a chargeback. Ensure all documentation and communication maintain PCI and PII compliance. Work Monday through Friday with an 8-hour set schedule between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of accounting experience
- PCI compliance knowledge
- Credit card handling experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work week
- Authorization to work in the United States
- No requirement for work authorization sponsorship
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current residence in the Tulsa area
