Job Summary
Charge RN on weekends in a hybrid ER/urgent care setting. Responsible for care coordination, leadership of unit staff, and staffing fluctuations on designated shifts. Provides direct patient care, oversees staff performance, and coordinates patient flow. Must hold RN license (Indiana or compact), BLS, PALS/ACLS within specified timelines, NIH Stroke Scale cert within 10 weeks, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience; weekend FT days 7A-7P.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider
- PALS required within 12 months of hire
- ACLS required within 12 months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 10 weeks of hire
- One year of nursing experience
