Coordinate daily unit operations, oversee bedside nurses, and ensure safe, evidence-based care for complex heart failure patients on the night shift. Manage staffing assignments, patient flow, and escalation of clinical concerns while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Mentor and support team members, foster a culture of respect and inclusion, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
