Coordinate daily unit operations, oversee bedside nurses, and ensure safe, evidence-based care for complex heart failure patients on the night shift. Manage staffing assignments, patient flow, and clinical escalations while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Mentor team members, foster a culture of respect, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. This leadership role supports the Inpatient Heart Failure unit at Piedmont Healthcare.
