Coordinate clinical and operational activities on the mother-baby unit to ensure safe, evidence-based postpartum care for mothers and newborns. Oversee daily staffing, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor quality metrics, assist with complex patient care, and promote a patient-centered, family-focused environment. This role requires a strong background in maternity nursing and leadership skills to thrive in a culture of respect, innovation, and teamwork with access to ongoing training and professional growth.
